Furry Friends Welcome

We understand that pets are part of the family. Your pets are welcome to join our community at Arcade Sunshine. 

• Arcade Sunshine welcomes two pets per apartment.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $400 applies for the 1st pet and an additional $200 for the 2nd pet.
• Pet rent is $50 per month per pet.
• Aggressive breeds are not allowed.
